3 Simple Steps to Having an Amazing Year in Your Business

I want to give you 3 powerful keys that will propel your business to a whole new level this year.

What is interesting is that these 3 keys are very simple, but rarely do people put them to practice.

They are so simple in fact, you may wonder why so few people do them.

Yet, successful business people do them everyday.

As a matter of fact, they would even say that they live and die by these 3 keys.

And if you want to have an amazing year, you must too.

You’re probably thinking, “Is it social media?” Or, “Is it having a great email list, or a great website, or video?” “Is it having investors?”

Successful business people would tell you that it’s none of those things, though those things do help.

What are they, you ask?

1. Make the right plan.

If your goal is 6 or 7 figures this year, your strategic plan will determine if you get there.

What are your goals for the year?

What are the milestones you need to hit to achieve those goals?

What are the action steps you need to hit your milestones?

If you can’t answer these questions, you will probably not achieve your goals this year.

But if you can, you will have a 90% greater chance to hit your goals, than those without a plan.

So the first question you need to ask yourself is:

Do I have the right plan?

2. Do the right things.

What are you going to focus your time on this year?

Will it be on answering emails, running errands, buying office supplies, fixing your website, inputting business cards, posting blogs, bookkeeping, etc.?

If you do, I guarantee you, the only goal you will achieve is wasted time.

But if you focus 90% of your time on high value tasks like: asking for referrals, creating lucrative ideas, building high value referral relationships, raising up a great team, and continually improving your business…

… Then there is little doubt you will succeed.

So the second question you need to ask yourself is:

What am I going to devote the majority of my time to?

Will it be the 80% that brings 20% of the results?

Or, the 20% that brings 80% of the results?

3. Get the right team.

If you want an explosive year, you need to start looking for those reliable, energetic, high integrity, capable, “A” level team members and advisers that will have your back.

And when I mean team, I mean your professional team -business consultant, accountant, attorney, etc.; as well as your support team – employees, vendors, referral partners, etc.

Otherwise, if you don’t get help, you are going to be stuck doing everything yourself.

And if you do, just remember:

“Wars are won by the size of your army, not the size of your ego.”

So, do you want to have explosive growth, achieve a revenue of 6 or 7 figures, and enjoy every successful day of the new year?

Then make sure you make the right plan, do the right things, and get the right team.

Only then do you stand a chance of having an extraordinary year.
